Use a number that will still be yours in a year. Recycled or temporary numbers are the single most common cause of accounts that cannot be recovered.

Step 4, Enter the number with the country code. Include +91. Leaving it off is the usual reason an OTP never arrives.

Step 5, Set a password. Letters, a number and a symbol, at least ten characters. Do not reuse your bank, UPI app or email password. The account is going to be connected to a payment rail, so treat it like a financial credential from the start.

Step 6, Paste the invite code, if you have one. This is the optional field most people skip. Step 7, Request the OTP and enter it. A short numeric code arrives by SMS or email. Type it before the timer runs out. If it does not arrive, wait out the full cooldown before pressing resend, spamming the button usually triggers a rate limit that blocks the code for several minutes.

Step 8, Tick the 18+ and terms box. You are confirming you are an adult. That box is the whole eligibility gate.

What happens immediately after

Registration problems and what they usually mean

OTP never arrives. Check the SMS spam folder, confirm the registered SIM has signal, and confirm you included +91. On dual-SIM phones the code goes to the number you typed, not to the one carrying data.

"Invalid invite code." Codes expire and are sometimes region-limited. Register without one rather than abandoning the sign-up, the account is worth more than the referral.

Form resets when you switch apps. Android reclaimed the tab's memory. Fill the form in one pass without leaving the browser.

Email registration not receiving anything. Check promotions and spam, and avoid disposable mail domains, which are commonly blocked outright.

KYC, and when it actually bites

You can register and play without submitting documents. KYC is triggered by withdrawal, not by sign-up, and usually at the first cash-out or once cumulative withdrawals cross a threshold the platform does not publish precisely.

When it happens you will typically be asked for a government photo ID, sometimes a PAN, and a selfie or short liveness check. The name on the ID has to match the name on the bank account or UPI handle you withdraw to. Mismatches are the number one cause of stuck payouts, and they are not fixable by arguing with support, the payment processor requires the match.

Can I add an invite code after registering?

No. The field only exists on the sign-up form, and support does not attach codes retroactively. If you were referred, paste it before you submit.

Can I register with an email instead of a phone number?

Usually yes, but phone is more practical in India, faster OTPs, and it is the identifier support will ask for. Whichever you pick, it becomes the login credential.

Do I need documents to open the account?

No. Registration needs a contact number or email and a password. Documents are requested later, at the withdrawal stage.

What if I already have an account but cannot get in?

Use Forgot Password rather than creating a second account. Duplicate accounts are routinely frozen and are much harder to untangle than a password reset.
